The Century of Self is a four part documentary series produced by Adam Curtis.

However this quote doesn’t do the series any justice. It profoundly tracks the hisory of our current consumerism lifestyle and it finds its roots.

It is a must, for any who wish to step out of the system and even for those who don’t understand why they should.
